Description
| “Natural Heritage and Cheese” Day. The programme includes a demonstration of artisan manufacturing of cheese and butter followed by a tasting at the Cheese Museum in Chaource. The museum was created in hommage to Chaource, an appellation controlee cheese, but also to sustain the history of the range of cheeses from the Aube region and the artisan manufacturing of cheese in general.
