Coiffy
The origin of the Coiffy vineyards dates back to the arrival of the Romans. At the time, its principal grape variety was the gamay.
In 1981, the vineyard was reborn. It consists today of 5 hectares of chardonnay, 4 hectares of pinot and 2 hectares of pinot gris. The Coiffy, red or white, has won many a medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.
