The purpose of this Wine Order is to defend and promote the interests of Champagne Wine. The mindset and philosophy of the order are influenced by the strong and sincere bonds of Friendship and Brotherhood between the members.
The Order participates willingly and voluntarily in any traditional event in Champagne such as St. Vincent's Day, for example.
