Rosé des Riceys
The Rosé des Riceys is one of Champagne-Ardenne's most exceptional products, the most controlled wine in the whole France, so much so that it is not produced every year.
It comes from a single grape variety, Pinot Noir, harvested on the steepest, highest and sunniest slopes. Only a few tens of thousands of bottles are produced each year, depending on their taste and not their colour.
The largest terroir in winegrowing Champagne with 866 hectares, Les Riceys is the only village in France to boast 3 AOC wines: Champagne, Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux Champenois.
