Villa Bissinger: a school in the heart Champagne vineyards

The Institut International des Vins de Champagne exists in order to undertake activities to inform and initiate the general public about Champagne wines and about the promotional and tourist activities implemented by the profession in general.

Here you will learn how to properly taste the smoothness of a chardonnay, the vinosity of a pinot noir, the fruitiness of a pinot meunier and balance of the blend... but also to feel the magic of the subtle harmony between different dishes and champagnes.

Several tasting sessions are offered throughout the year, from initiation classes lasting several hours to discovery courses over two days which combine tasting, gastronomy, tours and discovery of the vineyards.

The Ecole des Vins de Champagne also organises group "à la carte" programmes on the basis of your projects and availabilities.

Groups of friends, wine tasting clubs, associations or societies, everyone will find a programme at the Ecole des Vins de Champagne to satisfy their needs, whatever the theme chosen: Tasting Lunches, the cuisine and wines of Champagne, "words to describe them" lunches, etc.
