A renowned religious heritage
Abbey, basilica, cathedral, collegiate church... UNESCO has chosen to include 4 churches and a palace on its list of world heritage sites. A veritable consecration for these sites steeped in history, such as the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Reims, where the Kings of France were crowned for eight centuries or the churches on the Way of St James.
There are three historical sites in the city of Reims:
- Notre Dame Cathedral
- The Abbey (and the Basilica) of Saint-Remi
- and The Palais du Tau in Reims
There are also two stages on St James's Way:
- The Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame-en-Vaux in Châlons-en-Champagne
