Mountain bike routes
in Champagne-Ardenne

Many circuits are marked out and make it possible to mountain bike everywhere in the region.
There are also dedicated mountain bike areas where the routes are concentrated together, offering a wide range of difficulties. 

Mountain biking in Haute-Marne:

Almost all the hiking trails are open to mountain biking.
Each circuit has a downloadable guide sheet.
We recommend 3 circuits particularly suitable for mountain biking, with specific markings:

• The Vallage circuit (22 km – departure from Joinville)
• The Jean de Joinville circuit (22 km – departure from Joinville)
• The Chavenay circuit (17 km – departure from Dommartin le Saint Père)

Mountain biking in Aube:

Many hiking trails are open to mountain biking. This is particularly the case in the Othe and Armance areas. There are a number of guide sheets to be downloaded.  

Mountain biking in Marne:

A large number of circuits exist in the specially dedicated mountain bike area around Lac du Der.

 Mountain biking in Ardennes:

Ardennes is a fabulous place to come mountain biking There is a multitude of marked out trails as well as three specialist mountain biking zones. You will also find accommodation which specialises in mountain bikers:
