  • The city owes its name to the Duke of La Rochefoucauld in memory of a land he owned in Périgord. The tour offers you to discover the architectural treasures of this town such as the magnificent Halle (seventeenth century) made of wooden beams, the Church (eighteenth century), the Hotel de Ville, the washhouse (nineteenth century), the remarkable Place Caroline's gate, the Eguebaude Mill with its half-timbered façade, the sawmill.
