Les 3/4 de la production sont transformés sur place. Les spécialités : La fondue de champignons au Chaource, gratin de pleurotes, fricassée de champignons à la bière de Saint Martin de Bossenay. Vous trouverez également un point de vente de produits gastronomiques : du terroir, cadeaux, paniers gourmands… Visites guidées + dégustation - accueil boissons + dégustation - boutique de produits du terroir Toute l'année sur rendez-vous Tarif adulte : 3€ par personne - 1 gratuité par 20 personnes Gratuit pour les accompagnateurs
