  • Established in 1985 by Evelyne Poulain, taken over in June 2016 by Corinne Bridan and his sons, SAS LES CHAMPIGNONS DE CUSSANGY offers a wide choice of mushrooms: Paris, Oyster mushrooms, Oak lentils (Shii-také), Pholiotes ... 3/4 of the production is processed on site. The specialties: Chaource mushroom fondue, Chaourçoise sauce, fricassee of mushrooms with Saint Martin beer, cooked oyster mushrooms .... You will also find a point of sale of gastronomic products: local products, gifts, gourmet baskets ... Store Open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm Closed Sundays and holidays. Visits for individuals without appointment from Tuesday to Saturday at 11h -14h30 or 16h. Outside these hours, by appointment. Visits for groups 7d / 7d by appointment.
