PARC DU NYMPHEE
Park and garden in Villegusien-le-Lac
-
A large portal flanked by two towers gives access to a park made up of two parts.
Designed in the 18th century, the first forms a symmetrical arrangement which opens onto a large esplanade bordered by a hedge which is followed by a round basin, a canal and a nymphaeum.
The second, created in the 19th century, constitutes a picturesque garden, the course of which circumscribes the property, offering views of the dwelling house and several unexpected developments.
